Return & Refund Policy – BTC Elegant

We at BTC Elegant value your trust and strive to deliver high-quality watches.

Note: Please make a clear video while unboxing/opening the package as proof of the condition of the item received. The video is mandatory for any return or refund requests.

Return Period:
We offer a 2-day return policy. This means you must request a return within 2 days of receiving your watch.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your watch must:

Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Include original tags and packaging
Include the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return:

Email us at btcelegant@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery

with the following:

a) Your order details (order ID, name, and contact number)

b) A clear unboxing video showing the package opening and the issue clearly.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Important: Watches sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Only exchange is available — no refunds will be processed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your watch upon delivery. If it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

Watches with any visible wear or strap adjustment
Watches without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase
Sale items and gift cards

No Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to get a different model or style, you will need to return the original watch (if eligible) and place a new order.
