1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 0-7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
2. Shipping Time
We deliver across India. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

Please note that these are estimated timelines. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or high shipping volumes.
3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping Fee: ₹99
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details.
You can track your order directly using the tracking link provided.
5. International Shipping
At present, BTC Elegant ships only within India.
We are working towards expanding our delivery network internationally soon.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
In case your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos and your order number.
We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
